The location was fantastic, and the staff, especially Antony and the receptionist, were really good too make sure I felt cared for.
Breakfast selection could use more variety, especially healthier options.

We would love to go back, nothing too much trouble, liked this hotel. Clean and bright place, has absolutely gorgeous views of the hills. It is in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location with exceptional staff at the reception desk.

We had a decent experience at the metro. the view from our room was stunning, allowing us to admire the city skyline. the food served was quite delicious, with ample portions that satisfied our appetites. while the dinner service could have been more attentive, breakfast was really good, enhancing our overall stay. the room's comfort was adequate, though it would benefit from a thorough cleaning to elevate the experience.
Nothing, all great! 😄.

Staff were very friendly and accommodations were great.
The car parking area has dangerous speed bumps and loose concrete.

Room was poor, traffic noise, close to lift - noisey. Layout of room poor to sit and watch television. Poor value for cost.

Very close to the river, good view of the city. Also close to other shops and fast food outlets. The staff were very helpful in providing maps and information about bus routes.
Breakfast was not value for money. The cooked breakfast should have been checked and supplies refreshed. Need to supply paper bags for sanitary product disposal. Could clearly hear the other guests through the walls.

Staff very helpful Good location for running near the river. Clean modern and pleasant.
The internet was awful. The cable did not work and the wireless kept dropping the connection every few minutes. As a result I could not skype the office in the uk and spent a fortune using my mobile phone. I would not stay again unless this was seriously improved. Critical for business people. Especially overseas people. Also at lunchtime I could not get room service so had to go out looking for a sandwich. This was difficult as i had no car and was very inconvenient. Please at least have a basic room service available for sandwiches and snacks.

the location was perfect, with easy access to walking and biking trails, as well as plenty of dining and shopping options. our room was spacious with two king-size beds, making it ideal for our family of four. the restaurant offered great dinner options, especially the recommended merlot and delicious lamb. overall, the price compared to the quality was very reasonable.
All good 👍, but no breakfast package available.

Json{ review: The room boasted an impressive size and a pleasant riverside view, providing a lovely backdrop. Staff were notably friendly, though some amenities, like the inconsistent air conditioning and issues with bathroom fittings, could use attention. the breakfast had a good variety, enhancing the overall experience. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-08-15}'''

The hotel's position was good and ideal not far from a zoo and casinos. The room was very pretty nice, very comfy bed.
Didn't like the area, it was awful.
